v0.1.2/v0.1.3 public release

Hello, everyone, v0.1.2 is going to public release but there's an additional small update on v0.1.3(non content related), so v0.1.3 is going to be the one that's on public release today.

v0.1.3 changelog:

- Add ingame changelog viewer
- Add new version notification at the main menu if there's a new version available
- Add supporter button on the home
- Remove supporter button from the option menu
